3:45 p.m. Bus Departs to Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery

4:15 – 5:00 p.m.: Distillery Tour and tasting at Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery

5:30 p.m.: Return to Westin Cape Coral

Wine Judge: Chef Sam Morgante Former White House Military Chef. Chef Morgante is a native of Danville, Pennsylvania and a graduate of The First Coast Institute of Culinary Arts. He retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in 2005 after serving as a White House Chef under former President George W. Bush.
