Our top priority is the health and safety of our participants and employees as we navigate through the current challenges of COVID-19. To make sure we create a safe in-person environment for our programs we are in regular communication with the program hotel and we are strictly following the guidelines of the CDC along with state and local government. As we plan for in-person programs, we will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 protocols and will be sure to adjust with changing needs.

We at ECRM have also made adjustments to our process to allow for a single entrance into the program to reduce person-to-person exposure, staggered meal functions to allow for easier social distancing, contactless buffets among other precautions. Health Screening ECRM is committed to hosting a safe in-person program.

As part of the entry requirements for any ECRM in-person program, all attendees must provide proof of full vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 Antigen test taken within 72 hours of arriving at the session. To accomplish this, ECRM has partnered with Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via free mobile app. Complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR!

For the most efficient entry possible, every participant should enroll with CLEAR before the program to complete their COVID-19 pre-screening. You will not be able to pick-up your badge onsite without a Clear Health Pass. Your one-time enrollment only takes 2-3 minutes and can be done from anywhere.

  • New to CLEAR? Grab your ID (driver’s license or passport) and your phone - then you’ll never need your ID for CLEAR again!

Get ready for the session by downloading CLEAR for free and complete the one-time enrollment to help verify your entry requirements. Enroll and complete your Health pass before arriving to use the expedite entry and badge pick-up:
  1. Download the CLEAR app
  2. Select Health Pass and confirm code ECRMGeneric22
  3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie
  4. Select the health screening verification you will be providing for the event then follow the prompts to verify your CDC Vaccine Card
  5. On the morning before you arrive, reopen Health Pass, take a quick selfie and you will receive a green Health Pass. Be ready to show your Health Pass for faster entry

Before you leave home, ECRM recommends that you:

  • Ensure you have your proof of vaccination documentation.
  • Download the CLEAR app and upload your proof of vaccination.
  • Get your COVID-19 booster shot.
  • Get your flu shot.
  • Test for COVID-19.
