Building credibility for your brand – No amount of advertising dollars can buy credibility for your brand. Credibility has to be earned. If you want your products and services to be the ones that educators respect and demand, you need to get them aware and talking about it first. When someone has a good experience they tell three people. When they have a bad experience, they tell ten. Social media can amplify the message exponentially. How can you keep happy and influential customers talking about you to their peers? In order to get the “mainstream majority” to be your customers, you first need to grab the attention and allegiance of the pioneers and the innovators who follow them.

In this session, attendees will learn how to:

- Identifying mavens, pioneers, innovators, majority and late adapters
- Give them a script they are proud to talk about because it makes them look smart, sophisticated and in the know to their peers
- Incentivize your customers to share their experience with their peers
- Find experts, research and statistics to support your story and make them and make them known
- Create acult-following and help them find each other
- Build a community
- Create collaborations, events and co-promotions
