Tony joined ECRM in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Health & Beauty Care, leading the HBC Team as they realigned, grew core categories, and launched new program initiatives. These significant focus areas included Beauty Week, Vitamin & Weight Management, Indie Beauty Discovery and Beauty & Wellness with Purpose. In September 2018, the team began launching a series of CBD Health & Beauty Care Programs to mass retail.
In February 2020, Tony accepted a new challenge, becoming Senior Vice President of General Merchandise. Tony has over 25 years of extensive consumer goods experience in sales leadership, marketing, business development and organizational execution.
He began his professional career at Revlon where he received valuable training, building a foundation in the beauty care industry, while managing national drug accounts. He went on to work for Bonne Bell (Aspire Brands), where he continued to add cross functional experience, while working and building relationships with food, drug, mass and specialty retailers. Tony eventually became Vice President of North American Sales, leading the sales team responsible for Bonne Bell and Lip Smacker cosmetics, bath, skin care and lip care categories; including launching Formula 1006 and co-branded licensing initiatives with Coca-Cola, Vitamin Water, Disney, Paul Frank and M&M/Mars. Tony also held executive sales & marketing leadership roles with startup organizations.
Throughout his career, he has continued to develop relationships, while fostering knowledge of the consumer goods and retail industry.
Tony holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Penn State University. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife Tracey and son Luca.
