1994

First EPPS held in the health and beauty care category.

1996

Website launches to facilitate EPPS registrations online.

2004

ECRM hosts first international EPPS.

2005

Retailers begin to use ECRM services to complete category reviews.

2007

e-Fusion software launched to streamline buyer/seller communication at sessions.

2012 | ECRM Connect App

The ECRM Connect™ app is launched to replace e-Fusion software and improves communication between buyers and sellers.

2013

Greg Farrar joins ECRM team as Chief Executive Officer.

2014

ECRM successfully enters foodservice market and holds supplier diversity sourcing summit for national retailers.

2017 | ECRM + RangeMe

ECRM acquires RangeMe.

ECRM opens international office in Amsterdam in order to create relevant connections between a global audience of buyers and sellers.
