The e-commerce and subscription box retailer, which has 1.3 million members across the U.S., U.K. and Canada is known for its seasonal subscription boxes filled with full-sized products across categories like home, fashion, fitness, wellness, and beauty. 

The boxes are fully customizable; members to choose from a variety of products in each category, ensuring that every box is tailored to individual preferences, which keeps their offerings fresh and innovative.

Curating the boxes

In this interview with Joseph Tarnowski at ECRM's School & Office Session in New Orleans, FabFitFun Homewares Buyer Lauren Dimitrovski gives us a behind-the-scenes look at their meticulous process of curating these boxes, a task which involves extensive market research, customer surveys, and collaboration with various teams within FabFitFun. 

As they gear up for the launch of their Fall 2024 box, Lauren hinted at some exciting new finds at the Session, including some luxurious home items and innovative stress-relief products she found at the Session!
