An Inside Look at an Actual ECRM Buyer-Seller Meeting  6/5/2018

For those of you who have never been to an ECRM EPPS, here is a great behind-the-scenes look at what actually takes place during one of ECRM's private, pre-scheduled meetings at one of our 60+ category-based sessions!

Brian Keyes, SVP of Operations and Information Technology for Connor Concepts, and Tom Soffer, VP of Sales for Fresh Beverages, gave ECRM exclusive access to record a video of their meeting in its entirety during ECRM's Foodservice sessions to provide viewers with an inside look at what really takes place during these discussions.

For suppliers, this is also a great example of how to engage with a buyer during one of these meetings. As you'll notice in the video, Tom doesn't just focus on his products, but rather on how his offerings can help Brian grow his operation's beverage business. The video is 17 minutes long, but definitely worth watching in its entirety!

Fresh Beverages manufactures beverage machines for slush, coffee, soda and ice cream, as well as the flavor mixes that accommodate them. Connor Concepts Inc. is the parent company of The Chop House and Connors Steak and Seafood restaurants, with 16 locations throughout the Sourtheastern United States.
