Addressing the Diabetic Customer at Retail  10/18/2016

ECRM's Pharmacy team held a series of thought interaction pod (TIP) discussions during its 2016 Diabetes/Clinical Programs, Health & Wellness Solutions EPPS to enable attendees to trade tactics on best serving diabetic shoppers throughout the store, and online. Each table focused on a particular "hot button" topic, and was moderated by an attendee, who summed up key takeaways from their particular tables in the videos below.

The moderators and their roundtable topics were:

  • Lee Bond, Director of National PRT Sales, DJO Global: Reaching the diabetes patient through multiple categories
