Never attended an ECRM event before or maybe you just need a refresher? We’ve got you covered.

You can expect busy days where suppliers, large and small present product offerings to buyers capable of making purchasing decisions.

But, before diving into the meeting format, first things first, what can you expect upon arrival? Once you get to the event hotel, check into your sleeping room, drop off your luggage and make your way down to hospitality to pick up a profile book, name badge and other event materials.

Then head over to your meeting space where all freight shipped to the event will be waiting. You can think of your meeting room or booth like a showroom where samples and displays are arranged.

When set up is done meetings begin. Buyers follow a pre-formatted meeting schedule where they move from one supplier to the next. These meetings are back to back and happen quickly which is why our team of client service representatives are there to keep schedules on track.
