ECRM Best Practices: What Buyers Can Expect  12/9/2015


Never attended an ECRM event before or maybe you just need a refresher? We’ve got you covered.


You can expect busy days where suppliers, large and small present product offerings to buyers capable of making purchasing decisions.

But, before diving into the meeting format, first things first, what can you expect upon arrival? Once you get to the event hotel, check into your sleeping room, drop off your luggage and head down to hospitality to pick up a profile book, name badge and other event materials.  A cocktail reception and dinner are scheduled so you can take a load off after traveling.

Then meetings begin. As a buyer, you’ll follow a pre-formatted schedule where you’ll move from one supplier to the next. These meetings are back to back and happen quickly which is why our team of client service representatives are there to keep schedules on track.

After the day is done take business outside of the meeting room and into a more casual environment. Join us for fun evening entertainment and meals where you can network with others in the industry.

Don’t forget, once you register, you’ll be assigned an ECRM account manager so you’ll always have someone to answer questions along the way!
