VIDEO: Wolfgang Puck at Global Wine, Beer & Spirits (Part 2)  10/17/2015

Wolfgang Puck was our special guest at ECRM's Global. Wine, Beer & Spirits Event, held last month in San Diego, during which he sat for an interview with Beverage Industry Publisher Steve Pintarelli. Chef Puck discussed his four new varietals of Puck Wines, how he sources his grapes, the art of pairing wine with food, and the role his restaurants play in marketing his wines.

Following the interview, Chef Puck showcased his four new wines by cooking up special appetizers for event attendees to pair with each one during the Grand Tasting out on the Great Lawn at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.
