During ECRM's International Foods event this past summer I spent some time with Halina lukower and Mendel Lukower Neto , buyers for Le Paul Alimentos Importados, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. They were at the show looking for innovative products to bring back to their country for the various food retailers they serve, including grocers, restaurants, convenience stores "anyone who sells food," Halina says.
