Wing Nien Foods, a Hayward, Calif.-based manufacturer of private brand sauces, marinades and dressings, and SanoRice Holding B.V., a producer of rice, corn and cereal cakes and snacks headquartered in the Netherlands, took top honors in the second annual Private Brand Taste Test. Store Brands magazine and ECRM, Solon, Ohio, partnered to host the event, which was held in Orlando on April 13, in conjunction with ECRM's Private Brand Foods Efficient Program Planning Sessions (EPPS).
