Fashion Disrupted: Engaging Today's Jewelry Consumers 3/22/2017
"Fashion Disrupted" is the term coined by longtime Wall Street Journal fashion industry expert, “Ask Teri” columnist and award winning journalist Teri Agins to describe the challenges 21st century marketers face in engaging consumers amid the game-changing realities of fast-fashion, online shopping and casual dress codes. Fine jewelers,for example, need a convincing value proposition to woo jaded millennials to splurge on gold, diamonds and pearls.
During her presentation at the ECRM Gold EPPS, Teri shared her insights from the front lines, including insights from her most recent book: “Hijacking the Runway, How Celebrities are Stealing the Spotlight from Fashion Designers.”
