ECRM Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Terms

If the EPPS fees are not submitted by the defined deadline date(s), ECRM reserves the right to revoke applicable registration discounts and/or cancel your registration.

Cancellations and Substitutions:

All cancellations must be made in writing and are considered official the date they are received at ECRM. Please email your cancellation request to your ECRM Client Success Manager.

Refund of registration fees will be based on the date your cancellation is received.

Company Cancellations: ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees less any non-refundable deposits or fees* provided the cancellation request is received no later than 31 days prior to the EPPS. No refund of any fees will be made if notice of cancellation is not received or if notice of cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to the EPPS. Customer is responsible for payment of any and all billed fees for cancellations not received or received less than 31 days prior to the EPPS.

Attendee Cancellation/Change: Attendee Changes and/or Cancellations must be received a minimum of 31 days prior to the EPPS. ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees paid for the individual attendee provided the cancellation/change request is received no later than 31 days prior to the EPPS. No refund of any fees will be made if notice of cancellation is not received or if notice of cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to the EPPS.

Attendee Substitutions: (Date 14 days prior) is the final date that requests must be received by ECRM to substitute one company representative for another company representative (from the same company) at the regular additional attendee rate. All changes and substitutions after this date will be subject to a 50% late registration processing fee in addition to the cost of the attendee.

*Registration Fee Deposits, Activation Fees, Credit Card Convenience Fees, Audio/Visual Equipment Rental Fees, and Sponsorships are non-refundable.
