ECRM Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds:

Sellers

All cancellations must be made in writing and are considered official the date they are received at ECRM. Please email your cancellation request to your ECRM Client Success Manager.

Refund of registration fees will be based on the date your cancellation is received.

Company Cancellation:

ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees paid provided the company cancellation request is received no later than 75 days prior to the EPPS. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 75 days prior to the EPPS.

Individual Attendee Cancellation:

ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees paid for individual attendees provided the cancellation request is received no later than 30 days prior to the EPPS. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the EPPS, however you may replace the cancelled attendee with another member of your organization for no additional charge.

Cancellations:

ECRM may request reimbursement of any travel and hotel expenses incurred for all cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the EPPS.
