ECRM Cancellation Policy
 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Sellers

All cancellations must be made in writing and are considered official the date they are received at ECRM. Please email your cancellation request to your ECRM Account Manager.

Refund of registration fees will be based on the date your cancellation is received.

Company Cancellation:

ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees paid provided the cancellation request is received no later than 30 days prior to the EPPS. If the cancellation is received between 30-15 days prior to the EPPS, ECRM will refund fifty percent of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the EPPS.

Individual Attendee Cancellation:

ECRM will issue a refund in full of fees paid for individual attendees provided the cancellation request is received no later than 14 days prior to the EPPS. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the EPPS, however you may replace the cancelled attendee with another member of your organization for no additional charge.
