Mojo Skin & Haircare Wins ECRM Euro Personal Care Buyers Choice Award  11/18/2020


Mojo Skin & Haircare won the Buyers Choice Award for its Hair Molding Clay products during ECRM’s 2020 European Personal Care Virtual Program held last month. 

The program enabled European buyers and distributors to connect with suppliers from around the world in private, pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings despite travel bans and meeting restrictions caused by the pandemic. More than 1,040 face-to-face meetings were hosted on the proprietary ECRM Connect Platform, including buyers from 44 companies covering 23 countries who focused on building future business, strengthening existing relationships, and discovering new and innovative products.

Throughout the program, buyers have a chance to digitally cast their votes for the products submitted by suppliers based on product packaging and innovation. 

Mojo Skin & Haircare is a British premium hair styling and grooming range for men that combines pro-salon product performance with a luxury fragrance. It is a challenger brand that has innovated and disrupted the global men’s haircare category within FMCG retailers with a range that aims to deliver a "best in category" proposition. In 2021, Mojo will release its skin care range to consumers. The brand is targeting men aged 16-55 with an aspirational but affordable lineup of products. 

Mojo Hair products are packaged in premium black and gold jars to feature an eye-catching retro twist design, and to deliver a “wow” factor at the point of purchase. Products are manufactured in the United Kingdom and the hair range is sold in over 3,000 stores across the world including major retailers such as Sainsburys, Waitrose, Amazon in the UK, and Woolworths & Coles in Australia. Just days after its meetings, it was picked up by the Ideal World TV shopping channel, and was featured on a live program last week.

The Winning Product, MOJO Hair Molding Clay was developed to add volume, thickness, and texture to hair, with a unique luxury fragrance to give the hair a great scent. The clay has a medium hold with a natural matte finish.
